Frustration, anxiety, empty brain, don't know what to draw, feeling like all your creative juices have been sucked out? Well.
That is COMPLETELY normal!

Have you ever woken up one day all pumped up ready to take over the world and draw to your heart's content? Then boom, all of a sudden it feels like your brain suddenly took a vacation without notice. Your head filled with nothing but air as if your brain never existed and you look at your white canvas just to see the blankness starring back at you waiting for an answer.
“The idea of divine inspiration and an aha moment is largely a fantasy. Anything of value comes from hard work and unwavering dedication. If you want to be a good artist you need to look at other artists, make a lot of crappy art, and just keep working.” — Sydney Pink
Being a creative is quite challenging and sometimes we find ourselves struggling to the point of wanting to completely give up what we love. One can find themselves feeling lost and uninspired and looking for answers as to why they even do what they do in the first place.
Believe in Yourself
Sometimes as creatives we end up suffering from a lot of self doubt because of a lot of reasons. We find ourselves in a dark place maybe because we got rejected or stressed over harsh criticism hence the lack of motivation. What if I just give up, is this really my calling? Questions like this arise when we find ourselves in a ditch without any immediate solutions on how to get out. But as hard as it might seem, you need to push through and not let this define your worth. As a creative you need not let this defeat you. One step back is not a set back, maybe you just need a lil fresh air (#mentalhealth #healthylife #selfcare) take a walk, go out, catch up on some video games. A small break won't hurt anyone.
“Nothing is original. Steal from anywhere that resonates with inspiration or fuels your imagination. Devour old films, new films, music, books, paintings, photographs, poems, dreams, random conversations, architecture, bridges, street signs, trees, clouds, bodies of water, light, and shadows.” — Jim Jarmusch
